Kamil Pietruszyński – CTO & Co-Owner of Biveris
As the owner and founder of Biveris, Kamil is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s technology strategy, overseeing innovation processes, and introducing modern solutions.
Kamil focuses on creating products that combine science, technology, and nature. His vision is to deliver top-quality solutions that support consumers’ health and well-being.
For over 15 years, he has been involved in the raw materials industry and innovative solutions for the food and pharmaceutical sectors. He co-founded GREENVIT, a company specializing in the production of natural plant extracts. He is also responsible for technological development and innovation implementation at BART, a company that has been supplying raw materials to the nutraceutical and food industries for 30 years.
He graduated from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), where he earned a Master of Engineering degree in Management and Production Engineering.
Tomasz Stępień, PhD in Medical Sciences – Head of R&D
Tomasz is responsible for the strategic management of research and development activities, the development of new products, the implementation of innovative solutions, and ensuring a high level of scientific and substantive quality in all projects.
In his daily work, he applies knowledge gained at the Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection at the University of Łódź and the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Łódź, where he earned a PhD in medical sciences in the field of medical biology.
As a scientific researcher, he specializes in molecular biology and clinical studies of dietary supplements. He is the author of scientific publications focused on the effects of substances of natural origin on the human body.

He has over 15 years of experience in research and development, acquired both in academic institutions and in the industrial sector.

Anna Pietruszyńska – Head of Marketing
Anna is responsible for creating and implementing the company’s marketing strategy. Her main duties include building the brand image, planning and executing communication campaigns, and supporting sales through effective promotional tools.
Anna has over 10 years of experience in marketing communication and sustainability, gained through the implementation of national and international projects. She specializes in developing comprehensive marketing strategies that combine creativity with data analysis and business objectives.
Her expertise includes brand communication management, planning and executing campaigns across online and offline channels, building a consistent corporate image, and developing initiatives that support sales.
Anna effectively combines knowledge of marketing, consumer trends, and sustainability to create solutions that meet the needs of the modern market.
She is a graduate of Kozminski University and the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW)
